Just wanted to dedicate this post to one of my favorite cities in the world, New York. Having lived there for a couple of years, this beloved town has a special place in my heart. After what happened to the city and other places on the east coast, here's to the strength and resilience of the people in the aftermath of the storm. These are some lovely images of the beauty and spirit of the city as captured by two of my favorite NY-based photographers, Nicole Franzen via her blog La Buena Vida and Alice Gao.
